Hi, I’m Milo, founder of PlayOn Physio, a family-owned physiotherapy clinic I proudly operate with my wife, Shelby, a Psychologist. Together, we’re committed to supporting both the physical and mental health of our patients because recovery is about the whole person, not just the injury.

I bring years of experience across elite sport and clinical practice. I currently enter my second season with the Brisbane Roar serving as Head Physiotherapist for the Men's Aleague Team as well as having worked with other professional football clubs both in Australia and Asia.

Alongside my background in all things musculoskeletal and sport, I also have extensive experience with post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, helping patients recover confidently and safely after surgeries that predominantly include; ACL reconstructions, Rotator Cuff repairs, and Joint Replacements.

At PlayOn Physio, my approach is evidence-based, goal-driven, and always tailored to the individual, whether you're an athlete working toward peak performance or someone aiming to regain pain-free movement in daily life. We’ve created a welcoming, family-centred environment where high-quality care meets genuine support.

When I’m not pitch side or treating patients, you’ll likely find me staying active, learning how to golf or spending time with my young family.
